No more Paris for columnist

Taken from 'The Straits Times'...

NEW YORK -- Gossip columnist Lloyd Grove has made an early New Year's resolution: No more Paris Hilton.
He devoted his full column in Thursday New York Daily News to the ultra-rich heiress -- and why she would not appear there ever again.
What is his beef? "The arc of Paris' 'career' -- from rich, witless party girl to rich, witless party girl with a hit television show -- is an insult to the American sense of fairness," he said.
He laid out his objections to Hilton, who became famous after appearing in a sex video with her boyfriend.
He said she had bad manners, including cutting to the front of a long line at a hip Manhattan night spot, was a bad tipper and had poor taste in men.
But he said there were a few circumstances under which he would reconsider the ban: "If she discovers a cure for cancer, wins the Nobel Peace Prize, launches herself into outer space -- or even gets her high-school diploma."

What else do i have to say?
